1/29/2013 NEWS RELEASE: I had the opportunity to visit the new Lagoon 39 Catamaran for Sale Stateside as she is being prepared for the Miami Boat Show Catamarans USA!! This is no Lagoon 380! I tried to visualize the 380 as I was exploring this new machine, it really is a completely New CAT from the Lagoon Design Team.

The Panoramic view from the main saloon is stricking, galley space a top loading refer along with a side loading, much better treatment of the Navigation Station.

An assertive personality
The new Lagoon 39 fits between the Landmark Lagoon 380 and the new S2 version of the Lagoon 400. However her design follows with the new Lagoon 52 apparent on first sight: vertical, bevelled bows, aerial cabintop above the deck, and abaft positioned mast for sailing performance and ease of handling… a strong character indeed!

VPLP’s touch goes far beyond all this: the simple, efficient deck layout allows to control the main maneuvers from the steering station, the wide side decks are safe and uncluttered and the stern platforms are designed for an easy, protected boarding.

As for the cockpit, it will certainly serve as a reference in terms of comfort and protection: a wide transversal gangway aft, a dining table to port and settees to starboard, with a direct access to the steering station either from the cockpit or from the deck.
